Program Description

Basics of Plant-Based Eating will include information about what a plant-based diet is and why it's important for health, as well as practical steps for incorporating plant-centered meals into daily life.

This is a hybrid presentation. Sally will be presenting via Zoom. Attendees are welcome to come to library and watch on a big screen, or to receive the Zoom link and attend from home. Please indicate your preference when signing up.

Presented by Sally Lipsky, Ph.D. of Plant-Based Pittsburgh (www.plantbasedpittsburgh.com), an all-volunteer non-profit with the mission to provide education and support about adopting and sustaining plant-centered eating habits.
