Did you get an orchid for Valentine's Day? Do you assume that once it blooms, it'll never bloom again? Is it just a foregone conclusion that it will die because you've never been able to keep it alive for long even though you follow the instructions on the tag?
Gary VanGeld from the Orchid Society of Western PA will be joining us to talk about caring and growing orchids of all kinds, but especially the ones that are so popular to give around Valentine's Day & Mother's Day.
This is going to be such a great program! Pretty soon, you'll be swaggering into the garden center, buying up all the orchids on clearance because you KNOW you can make them beautiful again.
Of course, this program is open to all levels and abilities. If it's your first orchid, or if you're a big orchid fan.
