Chair Yoga is a gentle class with a focus on flexibility and gentle seated or supported standing poses to improve range of motion and mental well-being. All the relaxing benefits of a yoga class without having to get up or down to the floor.
Chair Yoga is a great way for all ability levels to stretch and an excellent introduction to yoga practice.
Cost for this program is $10.
