Program Description
School's been out for a week - Ready to stab something? That is the essence of our crafting technique this month – needle felting. Needle felting is a very meditative craft in which you turn wool fleece into beautiful shapes and art by…well, basically by stabbing it with a needle about a million times. We’ll use our new technique to make felted hearts, or balls, or stars, maybe a pretty butterfly. Then we'll attach it to a hair tie so that you can use it to decorate your purse, your water bottle, your luggage, or...even use it as a hair tie! ALLERGY WARNING – Wool / Lanolin Materials Cost: $10 due at the event People age 12+ are welcome, but will have to keep focus on a mundane task for an hour.
