Program Description

Online only this month!  

We'll be discussing another broad genre - Romance.  Can you judge a romance by its cover?  From the newer cartoony covers to the Fabio Harlequin Romances, we'll cover it all.  Level of spice?  Trigger warnings?   What about this fairly new label of "romantasy?" What's that about? Amish romance?

Designed to be sort of a "Reading Rainbow" for grownups - remember how the kids would do book reviews?  Be ready to talk about what you love and hate about the genre, and maybe bring some recommendations for favorites or ones to avoid?

Romance was always the most closely contested category in our March Book Brackets, so we KNOW you have opinions!
