Everyone says it’s good for you – doctors, psychologists.  There are very few places to dump your thoughts these days...and then you end up dumping into a social media comments section and we all know how THAT turns out. 
But what if I can’t do it?  What if I freeze at the sight of a blank page? What if I get all perfectionist about it and then skip a day and give up?  It’s all happened before. 
This hour-long program will help you ease into journaling.  No prompts, no bullet journals, unless you want to talk about them, but we’re betting you’ve tried those.  
How to make journaling a quick and simple part of your daily routine, it’s easier and faster than you think.
