Program Description
There's nothing like a a fresh journal. The cover uncreased and perfect. The pages still tightly bound together, but you can imagine it fat with pressed flowers, concert tickets, memories. A fresh pack of pens and markers at the ready. Until you misspell January and feel the need to toss it out.
Intimidating, isn't it?
Everyone says it’s good for you – doctors, psychologists. There are very few places to dump your thoughts these days...and then you end up dumping into a social media comments section and we all know how THAT turns out.
But what if I can’t do it? What if I freeze at the sight of a blank page? What if I get all perfectionist about it and then skip a day and give up? It’s all happened before.
This hour-long program will help you ease into journaling. No writing prompts, no bullet journals, unless you want to talk about them, but we’re betting you’ve tried those.
How to make journaling a quick and simple part of your daily routine, it’s easier and faster than you think.
