Program Description

Program Description

Join Ezra Rich, professional chef and experimenter of all things fermented.

We'll learn the basics of fermentation and how eating fermented foods can help with your gut health and microbiome (we'll probably learn what those things are too).  We'll get to know specific fermented foods -- kimchi, sourdough, kombucha, and more!  Most importantly, there will be samples of fermented foods for you to try.

Thanks to Charlotte Levis & Melissa Greene for helping get this program into our library!
