July's Spice of the Month is Hing Powder.   Don't be put off by the smell this spice gives off in its raw form.  When added to sizzling hot oil, it brings the umami and the garlic and the onion.

Have you ever found a painted rock while you were out and about? Have you ever wanted to make one of your own? Here’s your chance! Join us as we paint our very own kindness rocks to help spread kindness and love throughout the world!
